Hagglund

Christchurch is the gateway to Antarctica for the NZ, US and Italian armed forces. Near the airport is this Antartica Center which was a great way to spend our remaining hours after checking out luggage in a bit early. The Hagglund ride was a highlight - a "rollercoaster ride" on some purpose built terrain out the back in one of these explorer vehicles.
